Refund Policy

PLVLABS Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns are limited. PLVLABS reviews damaged, incorrect, or fulfillment-related issues on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund request may be considered if:

  • You received the incorrect item
  • Your order arrived visibly damaged
  • A verified fulfillment error occurred

Reporting Requirements

To qualify, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence
  • Retain original packaging when applicable
  • Contact support before returning any item

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements are generally not available for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Packages confirmed delivered by carrier without supporting claim review

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by a verified PLVLABS fulfillment error.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.

Return Authorization

No return may be sent without prior written authorization from PLVLABS.
