PLVLABS processes and ships orders promptly in accordance with the terms below.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays
- PLVLABS reserves the right to verify orders or request additional information before shipment
Shipping Area
- We currently ship within the United States only
Tracking
- Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress after tracking is issued
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Carrier delays may occur outside PLVLABS control
Lost or Delivery Issues
- Packages marked delivered may require carrier claim review before replacement consideration
- Customers should contact the carrier first when delivery issues arise
