PLVLABS processes and ships orders promptly in accordance with the terms below.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays
• PLVLABS reserves the right to verify orders or request additional information before shipment

Shipping Area

• We currently ship within the United States only

Tracking

• Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped
• Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress after tracking is issued

Delivery Estimates

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• Carrier delays may occur outside PLVLABS control

Lost or Delivery Issues

• Packages marked delivered may require carrier claim review before replacement consideration
• Customers should contact the carrier first when delivery issues arise
